Our group of drummers & dancers have grown now to crowds of as much as 200 over the 10 years of existence. I fell in love with Taiko drumming throughout an Obon competition I attended a number of years in the past. Since then, I actually have taken courses and workshops, and bought a drum to practice at residence. I even use shamanic drumming in my sound therapeutic classes because it opens the heart chakra.
