The Development Manager will lead on all T&F activity as well as supporting the Development Director in all aspects of fundraising to include Major Donors, Patrons and Corporates. This varied role involves relationship management for a range of donors, comms, T&F strategy and applications as well as administrative support. The role for resident House staff is 40 hours a week and with three or four day or evening shifts during the week and one or two at the weekend. However, because of the nature of pastoral care, the role requires a flexible approach.
